Balance4Better
Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls is part of the ultimate global challenge (Goal 5 of SDGs). In particular, the gender balance in STEM education is a challenge that has both horizontal and vertical dimensions. That is, looking at people who study STEM subjects a gender gap can be identified in favour of men. While considering the career progression the glass ceiling index is showing a disparity again in favour of men.
In this project, different actions have been analyzed and developed in order to reach the balance.
