OpenMed: Opening up Education in South-Mediterranean countries (2015-2018)
The OpenMed project, supported by the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education program of the European Union, has been working during the period 2015-2018 to widen participation and adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) and Open Educational Practices (OEP) as a bottom-up approach to support the modernization of the Higher Education sector in the South-Mediterranean. The project involved an international consortium composed of five partners from Europe and nine from South Mediterranean Countries, with a particular focus on higher education in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and Palestine.
The general information about the OpenMed project is available here.
